Guest Experience
At Chez Mieux, we’re unapologetically cat-obsessed and it shows in every detail of what we do. From the layout of our private condos to the way we interact with each guest, everything is designed with a cat’s comfort, safety, and happiness in mind.
Unlike other boarding facilities, Chez Mieux is 100% cat-only! No barking, no stress, just a calm, quiet space made for felines. We take the time to get to know each guest’s unique personality, quirks, and preferences, so we can provide truly personalized, hands-on care that feels like a home away from home.
Absolutely! We are a dog-free facility, in order to preserve and prioritize the well-being of our feline guests.
Absolutely! Our front office hours are:
Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM & 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
The office is closed on the following days: New Year's Day, Easter, Patriot's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Send us a message if you would like to schedule a personal tour ahead of your booking.
Every personality type is welcome at Chez Mieux! We always begin with a some getting-to-know-you time between our caregivers and guests so we learn each cat's particular quirks and we can respond to make sure their care is tailored to their comfort.
Each condo has a private litter tray that is cleaned daily. We have a standard litter that we use (the kitties love it!) If you have a preferred litter for your cat, we encourage you to provide a supply for the duration of their stay.
