For the benefit and protection of everyone at Chez Mieux, all guests must be neutered or spayed and must have documentation of current rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. If your cat spends any time outdoors, you will also need to bring documentation of current feline leukemia vaccination or equivalent titer. All guests are required to have a flea treatment such as Frontline or Revolution prior to boarding.
We are trained and experienced at giving pills, oral liquids, eye and ear cat medications, insulin, and subcutaneous fluids. If your cat is on any medications or requires continued wound care while staying with us, you will need to bring any medications or supplies needed.
We provide a variety of Purina One, Friskies, and Fancy Feast brand wet and dry cat food. To best insure that he or she maintains a healthy appetite, it is most helpful to keep your cat’s regular daily brand and type of food available. For this reason, if your cat’s preferred food differs from those that we provide, we suggest that you bring food from home.
